These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service, which includes our applications: BatchGrabber, GeoResolve, and Latency Simulator. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
The Service provides access to specific tools designed for data processing and network simulation:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to provide valid billing information.

Unless otherwise required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable.
The Service, including all proprietary algorithms, software, features, and content (excluding your data), is and will remain the exclusive property of Unique Digital Global Services and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The data and inputs you upload or submit to the Service remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit, and display your data only as necessary for us to provide the Service functions to you (e.g., executing the GeoResolve conversion or the BatchGrabber download).
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, quality, or accuracy of the Service, including the results provided by GeoResolve or the images downloaded by BatchGrabber.
In no event shall Unique Digital Global Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra/India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
